Bathrooms were mouldy. TV were not working. Furniture in bad condition. Unfriendly and rude staff. Will never recommend this place. Breakfast was very bland. Shower was not working had to repair ourselves

The hotel is excellent. The location is superb. The staff is very professional and friendly. My room was very nice, daily cleaned, full minbar. The food was great too. so i give 10/10. However, BE CAREFULL AT SPA . They can cheat you badly. I agreed on certain amount to have hamam and massage for 2 hrs, so i booked for 4 days. Next day when I went to the SPA that recepnistist was not there so a girl was offering me high rates for the same services cos she was not aware my deal. She called that man and he simply said he is not aware of any deal.

From the people at the door, through to reception, the cleaners, special mention for the lads at the reception food/coffee station etc , all staff brilliant. A completely relaxing hotel - not over the top but 5 * and a home from home as much as an hotel can be. Rooms great, enjoyed being there for 4 nights felt happy and no stress which is what you want from an hotel. have been there before and will go there again, for me best hotel in Istanbul in fact -the happiest I have been at an hotel Recommend it it

i stayed 4days , hotel was a little old but very clean with Very kind and responsible staff ,special Mr.Khal Mohammed sharif and Mr.Jebraeil. hotel vas so cozy . for going to taksim u have pass the upper path and takes 6 minutes . Breakfast was varied .next time i will back to this hotel.

we faced the following problems:- 1- hotel reception and elevators are not clean 2- very bad smell on the hotel floors 3- AC + TV is not working in the room we asked to fix it for 2 days but they didn't. 4- the receptionist was helpful he called the manager and transferred us to Elysium hotel 5 stars
